Rise to the Challenge

My attempt at a strictly budget Ruby/Steel deck focused around challengers for Shere Khan and The Queen - Sensing Weakness synergy. I moved away from the Floodborn/Chief Bogo focus in favor of more generically strong cards like Maui and two copies of Scar - Vicious Cheater.
