Mid-Game: Play all/most of your cards to ready A Whole New World. Hold the board with Namaari.
End Game: Wide-Board Mulan for increased lore questing. Fan the Flames.
Tech Cards: Benja for Item removal.
Swap Considerations: Jafar and Tinker Bell packages. If you have the budget, you can add Cinderella - Stouthearted package, add sad Beast for card draw, Maui, Lady Tremaine, Scar, Be Prepared (running both awnw and be prepared just sounds terrifying), and Maleficent - Monstrous Dragon.
Version Updates: Simba - Future King swapped out. The Huntsman plays similar role with greater lore pressure. Go the Distance never felt useful enough, similarly removed Teeth and Ambitions as most of the characters in this deck have low willpower. Added Queen of Hearts hoping to see additional card draw.
